We strongly believe that, over the next 12-24 months, opportunities to purchase core retail assets will emerge at pricing levels not seen in over 10 years. We will target major markets in Canada seeking properties in our core Grocer and/or Pharmacy anchored asset profile.

Investment Fund Overview

On an aggregate basis, projections indicate that the portfolio will provide stability and growth within our target returns of 6.5%-8.5% Income return and 10.0% to 13.0% Investor Rate of Return over a term of 5 years plus two 1-year extension options.
