Real Estate Investment Opportunities

By the numbers, there is no denying the track record of the Trinity Group.

Real Estate Investment Track Record

We have 30 plus years of developing and managing retail, commercial and residential properties across Canada. We’ve developed over 75 Retail Shopping Centres as part of the more than 32 million square feet of some of Canada’s leading Urban Mixed Use, Community, and Large Format Centres. Our YoY lift in rental rate on lease renewals is around 10%, and our recent portfolio exit Investor Rate of Return exceeded 24%.

Approach to Real Estate Investment

Trinity’s fully integrated approach covers every step of the process – from development and design to construction, leasing and property management. Our highly-regarded team brings industry-leading experience and expertise to every project, ensuring the ongoing success of every community we create.

Our Investment Strategy

And our core strategy, which focuses on necessity-based Grocer/Pharmacy anchored neighbourhood shopping centres, has proven to be very resilient, despite market fluctuations and challenges, displaying a distinctly different return profile compared to the broader real estate sector.

Proven track record. Proven people. Proven strategy. Proven investment partner.
